I have been attending Gemma's yoga classes for over a year now, longer than I have ever attended any fitness class. I was a complete beginner at yoga but now I love it!! Gemma's classes are relaxed, yet challenging and I can see my progress over time. Gemma is a great teacher and never makes you feel stupid if you can't do something, but is always encouraging. I feel stronger, healthier and more comfortable in my body than I ever have. I work long hours in a stressful job but the respite and renewal I get from yoga is excellent!
About 4 years ago I noticed Gemma, a school friend doing yoga classes and eventually gave it a try. It helps so much, stretching really helps me relax and other poses increasing my strength. Spinal cord injuries really means I have to focus really hard on moving and this helps me concentrate to learn more about myself and push limits. I can’t recommend Gemma enough, always listens and suggests other ways to be able to try other things. All abilities so if you have never tried yoga before please message her and mention me.
Gemma is fab! I really enjoy my sessions with her, whether it’s an evening class or a parent and child session being climbed on by my baby! She offers great advice and I always feel relaxed when I leave her.
I was introduced to Gemmas class by a friend and have been really enjoying this lovely class. For me the time is perfect at 7.45pm for an hour. Gemma has been attentive to my individual needs, there are no yoga 'bunnies' in the class so I feel comfortable and practice at my own level. I would recommend this class for anyone who is new to yoga or is worried about starting a new class on their own. Really lovely group and Gemma has been very kind and highly professional. Perfect time for busy people needing to wind down after a busy day and positive mental start to the week.

My 2nd yoga class with Gemma this week & I'm really loving it, she is so lovely & explains everything so well, I can't wait for my next yoga class with this lovely lady.
Gemma is great she comes to us to take our Naked Yoga class, her routines are always well balanced with some harder poses as well as great meditation at the end.
Lovely friendly class with a professional instructor. My first yoga class and I love it. I can't wait for the outdoor sessions at Bramber Castle. Highly recommended.
