This class consists of a warm up of slow moving postures including Cat/Cow movements, then moving to Standing poses including Lunges, Side Lunges, Chair Poses, Downward Facing Dogs, and other standing poses. Moving into child's pose for a rest then maybe adding in some arm balances and then moving into seated poses including spinal twists and back poses to end in Savasana relaxation for 10 minutes.
