Press Features

I have been lucky enough to have been featured on a few Radio Stations, Business Podcasts and in the local press, national and international magazines talking about The Benefits Of Yoga.

Have a listen and a read. Let me know what you think. I love to hear your thoughts.

I was lucky enough to be featured as a guest speaker on A Rockstar Mindset Wellness series talking about yoga and how I help female business professionals easily reclaim the calm, relaxed and happy version of themselves without spending thousands of hours at the gym, being trapped in a health regime with no scientific basis or needlessly counting calories. It was great fun and I really enjoyed it. Have a listen.

Total Relaxation Challenge

The secret to the success of this challenge lies within what's referred to as The Total Calming Relaxation Technique.

Its a Guided meditation using the eye mask to really help you unwind and relax and to completely revive the good thoughts for you to feel like a completely different person. This will then in turn make you feel calmer and more relaxed and will help you to figure out what is going wrong in your relationships. This is through the power of lavender.

Handmade Lavender Eye Mask

Lavender is a proven way to help relax your busy mind.

I have handmade some lavender eye masks

Take a look though the products by clicking the blue box opposite and choose your option.

Lavender has a soothing reputation as a natural alternative to help you relax, unwind and let go of stress. It also helps with anxiety and depression. I absolutely love these eye masks.

They smell wonderful and are really soft.

They are made with 100% cotton on the outside and a polyester filling (made from recycled duvets) on the inner to make it feel soft on the face.

There are 3 small dried lavender bags inside each mask, making them smell and feel divine.
