What happened to listening to your body?


In society we have left our abilities in the past and for some reason been taught to dull these down.


We need to start to listen to our body and soul. The answers are totally within us. We just need to listen.


A lot of how we deal with our emotions is to push it to the back of our minds and to allow our monkey minds to take over. This is certainly not the case. What I mean by monkey mind is that our brains are so wired all the time with work related issues, family pressure, parenthood pressure and so much more, that we forget to actually listen and I mean really listen to our minds.


Take 5 minutes out of your day and go outside. Take off your shoes and socks and find a piece of grass or ground which is natural. If you can try and find a tall tree. By doing this, you are allowing the negative energy to flow down through the soles of your feet and into the earth, allowing the earth to absorb it. The other positive thing about this is that the taller the tree you are standing next to, the longer and stronger roots it will have. This will allow your feet to absorb the positive energy from mother earth.


By breathing, it allows your body to ground down and feel earthed, connecting your body and soul to mother nature. Mother nature can heal us if we are willing to listen to her. Breathe the negativity out and positivity in.


Let her heal you and all will become easier to digest and switch off your monkey mind.
