Wednesday Wellness


We are half way through the week and how do you feel? Tired already, sluggish and overworked? Or happy, loving life and raring to go for the rest of the week?


If its one of the first ones then power through the hump day by finding a comfy, quiet spot for this grounding activity. It will allow you to feel amazing, raring to go, and for you to love life. This is what you need to do: Grab a pen and paper, journal or a note pad.


Close your eyes and take five deep breaths. When you're ready, open your eyes and list the following:

5 things you see

4 things you hear

3 things you feel

2 things you smell

1 thing you taste


Notice after you have done this, how do you feel? Has your thoughts and feelings changed within 5 minutes?
