THE ONLY WAY to have a happy, healthy relationship with yourself, your partner and your family is by healing yourself inside and out.
Have you ever wondered why you are feeling the way you do? Are you feeling sluggish or are you not 100% fully committed to your relationship? What has happened to you in your past for you to think these thoughts. Have you been hurt before and cant trust your now partner or are you having issues with just trust in general? Are you lacking in confidence?
Now all this stems from your mind. You need to turn your thoughts into happy thoughts by connecting through meditation or journaling. Have you ever done this before? If you are not comfortable with journaling then you can just speak into your phone and get the thoughts out of your head that way. Anyway to help clear your mind is good.
You will also need to look deeper into why you are feeling this way. Do you not love your partner anymore? Do you love yourself? Are you happy within your own body? If the answer is no then you will need to figure out how to love yourself before you can love anyone else. There are so many different support groups out there and of course I am here for you to. Sometimes our bodies change over time and as we get older or become mothers our bodies certainly change. In our mind we feel ugly or we feel we are not worthy of love because of how we look. We are all beautiful and we need to somehow use reverse psychology to overcome this barrier.
Affirmations are a great way to help you over come this. Here are a few Affirmations to help you get started.
1. I am in control of my thoughts, feelings and choices.
2. I trust myself, I believe in me and I have confidence in myself.
3. I am beautiful.
4. I accept myself just as I am.
5. I am becoming more confident everyday.
6. I have a healthy and loving relationship with myself.
Have a little note pad by the side of your bed and write these down just before you go to sleep. That way your mind will be thinking about that and you will feel better in the morning.
Have you every thought about your nutrition? How is it? If you are eating rubbish foods with less nutritional value in them, you are going to feel bad. The saying 'You are what you eat' is actually quite true. You will get a sugar spike with any high sugar foods. This causes your insulin levels to spike which in turn will then nose dive, leaving you feeling sluggish and tired. Have you been here before? Try to eat non processed foods and raw if you can do.
