Sunday Mindfulness Moment

As we all know for centuries Sundays have always been a place for rest and calm. For the past 20 years or so, Sundays seem to have become a normal day but we need to take our bodies and minds back in history and really allow our bodies to adjust back into calm and tranquillity.

Sundays are a day for reflection and rest. So take some time out for YOU. Here are 5 activities for a restful and tranquil day:

1. Take A Warm Bath With Bubbles, Oil, And Candles

2. Read A Book

3. Take A Walk In Nature And Really Connect- Smell the air around you, listen to the environment around you and watch what is happening around you.

4. Meditate And Journal

5. Practice A Calming Yoga Sequence (Click HERE For A FREE Class)

Let me know in the comments below which one you are going to pick or will you do all of them? Then choice is yours.

By taking time out for yourself, you can really connect back to yourself and your mind. If you have had a really busy and stressful week last week, meditate and journal on these thoughts and feelings. This is where it is in the past. Its gone, you cant change anything but you can learn from it.

Also today is a new moon and this is where we can manifest what we want to achieve in this next Luna calendar. What do you want to do in this next month? What are you calling in? Is it a new job or a new relationship? Is it a calmer month at work? Is it more self care time? Again meditate and journal your thoughts and you will have a clearer mind going into this evenings new moon. It doesn't have to be long either. Meditate for 5 or 10 minutes if you are short of time. But as its Sunday try for longer as Sundays are a day for relaxing and reflecting.

Happy Sunday my loves.
