I have some good news and I have some bad news. The good news is that its Sunday and that means that today is all about Self Care so we can go and enjoy ourselves without feeling like we are not supposed to be doing this. The bad news though is that I can only go so far to help you and then you'll have to do it on your own, but we are not talking about that. What we are going to talk about is how self care is so important and I have put together a Self care Bingo sheet for you to do.
Close your eyes and pick out 1-3 things for you to do today and this is just for you. No one else, just you. Doing just one thing per day for self care is so important for your mental wellbeing and health that it should be ignored or forgotten.
Now I used to always forget about my self care, I'm just human like you but over the past year I have leant to take time out and just have half an hour per day to myself without feeling guilty about it. Now I know you might feel guilty but trust me its the best form of medicine because you can then pour from a full glass instead of a glass half empty. So give this a try and let me know by leaving a comment below and letting me know which one or three things you will be doing today. Or even better let me know some that you so so I can give them a try.
