Today I want you to pick one or two of the activities below for you to do some self care.
Self care is so important for your mental health and it really helps you to cope with things that come up in your life and for you to deal with them better.
I am going to take some time out and spend it with my family going out into nature and going to a National Trust House. Spending time in nature and history allows you to connect with your roots by feeling connected to the earth and going back in history allows you to connect with your ancestors.
