I want you to reflect on 7 things from this past week that you are grateful for. Print out or write down what you have found to get you excited or what you are thankful for this week.
By being grateful, it allows our souls and mind to reflect on the good bits throughout our lives bringing serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine into our system. These are all our calming hormones. It also decreases the cortisol levels our stress hormone making us want to use the fight or flight response less.
