Protein Breakfast Smoothie

A very nutritious Breakfast Smoothie. Starting your day the right way will truly prepare you for the rest of the day. If you break down was breakfast actually means, there are 2 different words 'Break' and 'Fast'. This means a break in fasting as your body wouldn't have eaten for the longest part in 24 hours. There is a saying that Breakfast is the most important part of the day, but actually this was only because the cereal companies wanted you to buy more cereal. It does though have some truth in it as you need to kick start your body's metabolism to function for your days activities. Here is a Breakfast smoothie recipe for you.


You Will Need:

- Broccoli Stems from last night's dinner (no wastage)🥦

- Half an Avocado 🥑

- Chia Seeds

- 2 Spoonful's of Greek Yoghurt (full fat)

- Oat Milk🥛

- Cacao Nibs

- 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder


Blend up in Nutri bullet and enjoy.


This is a great green smoothie with so many health benefits. Vitamin C from the avocado as, well as good fats.

Protein from the yoghurt, and Protein Powder and Chia seeds as well as good fibre from the seeds.

Cacao Nibs for the antioxidants and also a chocolate taste. Enjoy.
