Really think 'What Am I Struggling With Right Now?' Do you know what, not matter what it is, it all boils down to mindset and how your brain is wired to deal with this situation. Now if you are thinking about that certain thing that you are struggling with, how does it make you feel? Anxious, Tired, Stressed, Heart Rate rising, Sweaty palms, Shallow breathing? Maybe its one of these or maybe its all of these. So how do you get rid of these feelings? Well by bringing in a sense of peace and calm into your world and to do this we need to use Breath work. Now I know you are probably thinking what, that's all she talks about but yes, you don't know how good this is for you.
Come to a calm place, wherever you are, if you are in a busy area, turn around from whatever you are facing, close your eyes, soften your jaw, push shoulders down away from your ears, and take one big deep breath. This will allow you to get the oxygen into your body. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Slowly. Count to 5 slowly on your inhale and 5 on your exhale. Notice how you feel.
By doing this, it allows you to have a clear mind, allowing you to think clearer and calmer and then you can face whatever it is you are struggling with right now.
