It's Decision Time for you... Now what do you decide? Do you decide to carry on living the way you are now, slightly miserable and stressed out or do you live the way you were intended to live by brining in a little self care into your life right now.
Today is Self Care Sunday, so why not pick one or three activities off the list below and really connect to yourself. Notice how you feel when you do connect with yourself.
We all need to take time out to stop the burn out and for us to feel refreshed and less stressed and anxious. By doing one one these things every single day this will significantly reduce your symptoms for burn out.
I know its not easy, trust me. I always used to think if I don't this done done then this will happen or I need to get this done by a certain time. But no, it doesn't work like that. You need to look after #1 first and then you can help others or carry on with your work or task you were doing. We all need down time, so what is going to be your downtime today.
Mine will be sitting on my bed reading my book and then ending with restorative yoga for 10 minutes for me to feel completely calm, relaxed and very chilled. Just being in the present moment is the best feeling. So go a head and pick a few things on this chart to do today.
