International Yoga Day - Yoga For Wellbeing


Todays is the start of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere and its also the longest day of the year but another day that it already is, is International Yoga Day and this years theme is Yoga for Wellbeing.


Over the past year and a half, we have all suffered with one thing or another especially with mental health and Yoga is all about wellbeing from the core.
