I am new to Manifesting but it is something which resonates with me sooo much. I just feel so incredibly blessed to have come across this path in my yoga journey. I never really knew what it was about so I'm going to start at the beginning and try to explain what it is.
So if you want so something so badly in your life and you are not sure how to get it, you bring everything into alignment so your thoughts, your energy and your chakras are all connecting in every way possible for you to achieve this goal or dream. So start off with something small. For example you would like a new coat. Write down different ways in which you think you could receive that coat and how you will get it.
If you truly believe in something, it will come to you. When something really really really matters to you, let it go. Say to the universe 'You know what I want, Give it to me in the path of least resistance. Give it to me the easiest way possible, Give it to me in any way I can get it'.

Another way to manifest is to Ask, Believe and Receive.
I love this way of thinking.
1) Place your hand on your heart and take 3 deep breaths.
2) Repeat out loud "Dear universe, please send me a clear and gentle sign on what I should do about....(slot in here what you would like to manifest).
3) Release expectations and stay open.
There are a few others ways to help you manifest. Another one is by being grateful for all the things in your life. Being grateful for what you already have, surfaces positive feelings that increase your vibration and opens you up to receive more.

"Every time you praise something, every time you appreciate something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the universe MORE of this please, MORE of this please".
I love another way of manifesting is to write down what you want to manifest 55 times for 5 days. So I'll use the coat example again and write down
'I would like the coat'
'I would like the coat'
'I would like the coat' etc etc.
This then starts to become embedded into your mind and you will start to see shifts in your life for you to be able to receive the coat.
Remember everyday to:
- Feel grateful
- Feel Thankful
- Manifest 3 things
Write what you would like to manifest on a piece of paper. Write it in the present tense. Read it every night before you go to sleep.
So give all these ideas a go and see where you are in a few weeks time. I know this will happen and I am so pleased to be sharing with you some ideas as to how to help you.
