Goals And Dream's


People often ask me where I want to be in 5 years time? My usual answer is I don't know and actually that's to far ahead for me to think about. I am one to live in the moment, not plan my life away. I don't think I would have got to where I am now if I planned to much at once. That's the problem people have. There is to much pressure to keep going and going and perform better and better every single day but actually this puts to much pressure on you as a person and to tell you the truth your relationships with yourself and others around you.


I have always had dreams and achieved them so what I am saying it is good to have dreams and goals but to break them down into little chunks. So if you want to aim for a dream house in 5 years time, break it down into little bits from now until the end of the year. How can you get closer to your goal? What would you like to achieve by the end of the year in any part of your life? Are you manifesting a dream relationship by the end of the year and then to move in together in 5 years time? For me, I would like to achieve 500 people by the end of the year on the On Demand Yoga Classes Platform. This will give me financial stability and I will be helping so many people with their goals, dreams and lifestyle for them to live a happy, healthy life. Now I know this is hugely achievable and one that I will certainly manifest as I know deep down it will happen. So really think about what you would like to achieve right now.


Is it that you are feeling so tired, stressed, and out of sorts. Your boss is putting so much pressure on you to get your targets finished and you are stressing out. You are working 12 hours per day and even at weekends. You are answering emails at 11pm at night. You are having to turn down friends requests for dinner dates etc and you just feel like your life is work, eat, sleep, work, eat, sleep. Does this sound familiar? Oh yes I hear you say. Ok so here are 4 things you can do now to stop you feeling burnt out and for you to be able to work towards your goals again and for you to achieve them by the end of the year.


1. Take 5 minutes out of your day to practice some breathing exercises. Some of which can be found HERE. This will allow you to be fully present and take any stresses away from you. The more oxygen you are getting to the brain, the better it will function.

2. Get 7-8 hours sleep. Now I know what you will say to me about that especially if you are one to work, eat, sleep, work eat, sleep. Well I have news for you, 7-8 hours of good quality sleep will make you so much more productive and you will be able to get your work done in half the time rather than spending hours on it, you'll do it so much quicker. Now isn't that worth the zzzzzz's.

3. Got for a walk in nature. Now I know I constantly talk about this, but it is so important for you to do this. Take off your shoes and allow your feet to be grounded. If you are one to feel a little flustered, then this is a huge one you can do to feel better immediately. Especially combining it with breath work.

4. Phone a friend. Now I also know what you are thinking with this one to - 'Are you serious, I don't have time for that'. Well you my friend need to as this releases your happy hormone endorphins and oxytocin your love hormone. This helps you to feel calm, and loved which again makes you so much more productive at work.


So by bringing these 4 productive methods into your life, you will be so much more productive at work, allowing you to achieve your goals by the end of the year.
