C R O C O D I L E P O S E This pose relaxes your whole body and helps relieve pain related to stress. By lying on your stomach with your chest and shoulders resting on the floor, you let go of tension in the lower back and open up through the chest and shoulders.


By using a blanket under your tummy, this pushes your internal organs up towards the back of the spine, massaging them at the same time, allowing stress to disperse.
