By entering easyoga.co.uk you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use. Placing an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Returns
At easyoga UK we pride ourselves on providing the highest possible standard of clothing and accessories. We want to provide the best possible customer experience when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, there may be occasion to return items that are not suitable. If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else. The following Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange on any full price items purchased on our UK website, that are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of shipping (provided the Return Conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided in Returning your Purchase.)
This does not affect your statutory rights or your ability to cancel your order in accordance with the terms for Cancellations.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene we can not accept returns of our clothing and accessories if they have been used.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
For a refund;
- Please contact us for a returns form, which you will then need to fill in and return to us with the item(s) that you are returning.
- Address parcel to "NS 509 Royal Mills Cotton Street Manchester M4 5BD"
Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we recommend that you retain proof of postage and send via recorded post.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all easyoga product tags attached and any related accessories included.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
- On receipt of return, we will refund within 14 days if we are satisfied that the return conditions are met.
- Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
EXCHANGES
Please note: currently orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to return an item and it meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund; a new order can then placed through easyoga.co.uk or please contact us at info@easyoga.co.uk
Making a purchase with easyoga UK
Making a purchase with easyoga is…easy! Just find the product you want and add them to 'My Basket'. When you are happy with your selections, go to “Checkout”. Once you submit your order in the “Checkout” section, you are offering to buy goods and allowing easyoga UK to use your personal details so as to supply those goods. Your personal details are not stored and will only be passed to a subcontractor to deliver the goods. Orders are confirmed by email and we will contact you by email or telephone regarding any delivery delays or payment issues.
Credit Card Security
Payment
Easyoga UK currently uses PayPal for accepting payment for orders. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user.
Product Availability
We keep our stock as up to date as possible but sometimes items can sell out quickly. If this occurs, we will let you know when they will be back in. We will do our best to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Although at easyoga UK we do our best to ensure all the information on this web site is accurate, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.
Pricing
In the unlikely occurrence of a product being advertised at an incorrect price (for example, due to typographical error) we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required (errors and omissions accepted). All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
Postage and packaging is a set charge of £4 but with free delivery for purchases over £100. Your items will arrive within 3-4 working days of your purchase.
